For sore, cracked nipples (and cracked skin of all types!) and protection against nipple soreness. Lansinoh is pure lanolin, and does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding. Promotes moist healing VERY WELL! Available at most drug stores.

Traditional Medicinals Mother's Milk Tea Contains Fennel Seed and Fenugreek Seed, among several other herbs, for the safe and (in my own experience) very effective promotion of increased breastmilk production.
